Olive Oil Extra Virgin
Olive oil obtained from the olive trees on our estates in Cumieira, in the Baixo Corgo sub-region of the Douro Valley.
The harvest is done manually to preserve the tree’s structure, and the olives are sent directly to the mill in 25kg food-grade plastic containers. No olives are harvested from the ground.
Extraction is performed mechanically at low temperatures, followed by a continuous two-phase extraction.
The decantation process lasts between 2 and 3 months.
