Therefore, any entity subcontracted by MENIN Company will process the personal data of our Clients on behalf of and for the account of MENIN Company, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or unauthorized access, and against any other form of unlawful processing.
